At Infinity Education, Inc., we stand behind the quality of our Fluxion engineering kits and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund and return process outlined below.
🔁 Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email).
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved:

A full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Opened electronic modules or sensors

Downloadable content, digital files, or virtual course access

🔧 Damaged or Defective Items
If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or missing components:

Include your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll offer a replacement part, a full kit replacement, or a refund, depending on the situation.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
🌎 International Orders
International orders are non-refundable except in cases of damage or defect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
